Why not do it per capita instead?

- omk 7y agoClimate change doesn't care about which country either. I agree with the fact that China and India need to focus on their emissions, but it seems ridiculously convenient for someone from a western country to ask a couple billion people to reduce their emissions while they themselves will find every opportunity to reduce their own accountability.
