- Noumenon72 7y agoMy landlord is just a trading partner, he has no leverage over me because I can say "Fuck you, I'll rent somewhere else". You're right about the health insurance, I guess. Interestingly, even fuck-you money didn't help me with landlords. They didn't trust someone with no job and a big pile of cash. I ended up living with someone else but not able to get on their lease.
