The attempt is also incomplete. I suspect this would miss ranges advertised through AWS's BYOIP (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/ec2-byoip.html https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/ec2-byoi...) option. It would definitely miss ranges advertised through companies' own datacenters and serviced in the backend by AWS.
