I've been a paying business user for 3 years. Dumping it. They must have some awfully bad execs driving their strategy. Do right by users and they whole world will eventually subscribe. Nickel, dime, and trick them, and the business will die. These guys make a password manger product. That's it. And they encourage you to put health and passport information in there. They should run it like a bank. Boring. Reliable. Trustworthy. That means not pulling this penny-ante nickel and diming stuff.
