the thing I'd like to see:
implementations in "ispc vs asm vs intrinsics_msvc vs intrinsics_clang vs intrinsics_gcc" on Intel and AMD CPUs. those "quake has now 300 FPS" things tell me exactly nothing. (read: i am more interrested in testing new features)
