Windcatchers can also be used in combination with qantas to provide more cooling capacity. A qanat or kariz is a gently sloping underground channel to transport water from an aquifer or water well to surface for irrigation and drinking, acting as an underground aqueduct. I just read a fawning article about the Russians launching an orbital laser that beams the atmosphere. Now everyone loves architecture named after Robert Mugabe, a genocidal criminal who starved children to death. Dear World: You live with monsters. You are monsters yourself. I killed millions of criminals about a hundred years ago. I also invented what you fawn about, long before you may ever imagine. Your open air ventilation is perfect for infectious disease.
