Interesting timing, I just read about the Scooters Richmond, VA seized last year about to be sold at auction. [1] Obviously the $70k in scooters they're losing here won't break them, but scooters are now legal in Richmond, so one would assume Bird could just pay their fines and get them back now. My guess is they already wrote them off last year so they just don't care, but it's not a good look for them.
