“Convert”? Support challenges your existing users are facing due to your changes is not going to help conversions. Shady.
- mberning 7y agoI think you miss the point. Having a smaller number of paying customers means you can build a more focused product and not cater to so many use cases. It also gives you a remedy when a customer feels wronged. In the case where they pay and are unhappy you can refund their money. In the case where the user didn't pay you have less recourse.
