Yep, human workers are listening to recordings from Google Assistant, too
- tjopster 7y agoThis article seems to be a little bit of scare mongering, these are voice services they need to record snippets of your conversation to make things work just like some person near you in a hotel or airport could over-hear your conversations. I believe the TOS does mention transcription but not by thrid-parties are contractors to Google not working for Google? <-- snip --> Does the third-party service provider get an audio recording of what I said? Google transcribes what you say and sends the text, but not the audio, to the third-party service provider. <-- snip -->
