Yes. Had a hiring manager reach out to me from a company I already blindly applied to but was in limbo with. Went directly to on-site interview stage after a quick call and am still happily employed here 5 years later. Definitely the most important post I ever made in my life :) I don't think I got any additional recruiter spam around the time of that post. Maybe back then recruiters didn't watch those threads yet?
