Not Pi, but related - I gave up on using a 64GB Kingston SDXC in a Lexar reader to play MP3s in my truck. After just a few days it would develop corruption at the end of songs and by a few weeks it was just too annoying to continue using. I looked at some of the files and it appeared to be a bit flip type problem. Went to a dedicated usb thumbdrive (as has been in my car's glovebox for 7 years) and no issues. Really makes me question using these sdxc cards at all.
