What I am interested is not just to know that employees are sometimes listening, and why. I want to know what instructions both humans and computers are given if they hear illegal actions, such as violence, illicit trade, etc If you are an employee, and hear a rape scene, a blackmailing dialog, do you have a duty to report, or to remain silent? I also want to know how much access law enforcement has on this data. And whether they can re-identify the info, with or without a warrant.
