I used to do this many years ago. Then I added JS to upvote and downvote on HN and reddit. Then I gave up. Now I just use umatrix on Chrome or FF

- void_nill 7y agoWhoa! And as I just notice by your comment, not for the login either. I only tested the HN search function once and it only worked with Javascript. Therefore I assumed that this is the case with all other functions. Thank you.
- icebraining 7y agoYeah, it uses a service called Algolia, and unfortunately their frontend depends on JS. But you can use http://hnapp.com/ http://hnapp.com/ for JS-free search. (I'm not affiliated)
