I know Eric Dollard I met the man. The man is quite frankly a quack. Been promising earthquake detection for decades but has produced nothing of value. Except to vacuum the pockets of his supporters and make wild claims that he cant prove. Typical anti government paranoid type. Been doing this for "years" is right Since the seventy's working with borderland, a hippy type free energy commune until even they got fed up with his antics and booted him out. Typical quackery, never measure input vs. output The history of this guy reads like an soap opera for the feeble minded.
