Great point, I've seen remote fail so many times because it is 10x harder if some people are in an office and some people are remote. That doesn't work IMO. May

Great point, I've seen remote fail so many times because it is 10x harder if some people are in an office and some people are remote. That doesn't work IMO. Maybe if you have a division that is 100% remote that could work, but the mixed model just doesn't work from what I've seen.
