- ceejayoz 7y agoYup. Basically, it's Clever Hans (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clever_Hans https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clever_Hans) weaponized against the populace. Doesn't even have to be conscious on the part of the handler.
