Yes, it's hard but you'll be very surprised how quickly they catch on. Kids may seem like they are spacing out but they are constantly learning, even the 4 month old. You hear about the 12 year old computer geniuses. They don't just appear. The parents have had a lot to do with that in many cases. If you start now there will be a time when you won't be able to keep up with the kids. Just set some time every day. It's a win win situation. They win. You win.
