I believe that's correct. There's an 8 core with 65w TDP which has a confirmed single chiplet; my guess is the 8 core with 105w TDP is two chiplets with several cores disabled.
- gameswithgo 7y agoI am wondering about that. the 105W TDP 8 core TDP though doesn't have an L3 size that would reflect being two chiplets
