Once our baby was 6 months old, we were able to stick to a hard bed time (7PM), hopefully the baby will be in bed by 8 (in actuality). Then you and the wife have at least 4 hours of down time.
- mac_was 7y agoAnd 4 hours it is as the young one wakes up around 12 for a feed. A hard bed time is a good start but as you say it takes an hour or more sometimes
