I couldn't agree more. Calling every day isn't marketing, it's harassment. One of the consequences of only allowing law enforcement to commit violence is, anything they aren't interested in enforcing becomes de facto legal. The irony of an illegal phone scammer threatening to call the police was not lost on me.
