I’ve tried to use Emacs as an IDE for Python and Go but I find it hard to find a good tutorial on how to set it up on Windows. Also, how do I reload the .emacs.d file without completely restarting Emacs?

Run the command “eval-buffer” on .emacs.d which will in effect reload it. Save this as a command in .emacs.d and bind it to some easy key, then you can do it again easily
