I think that Dell Optiplex FX160 CPU (single core in-order narrow Atom 230 @1.6 GHz) is going to be ~10-20x slower than RPi4 (4 core out-of-order wide Cortex A72 @1.5 GHz). Much slower graphics. No USB 3, 802.11ac WiFi nor GPIO.
