I think if only 1% of the global population reproduced for a few generations it would be way more effective than tree planting. It seems like all the environmental "fixes" are external, and not related to our replication rate.

- helkafen 7y agoTo reach the 2030 and 2050 targets (-45%, -100%), this change alone would be very insufficient. It would help during the second half of the century though, when emissions will likely need to be negative.
- ecoled_ame 7y agoCool, because I'm trying to plan for humanity's distant future, not just 50-100 years from now.
