How many of those billion miles were logged in urban driving?
- mandeepj 7y agoGood questions. Need to check. On the other hand, I think Tesla is always collecting driving data
- Erlich_Bachman 7y agoThere is a youtube channel callled "Tesla Driver" where they put out regular videos driving through urban UK (on autopilot of course). The streets do not look like the center of New York, but not like a constant highway either. So yes tesla absolutely collects tons of data of how their autopilot behaves in urban areas.
- danmaz74 7y agoThis is pretty surprising to me, as AFAIK the current "autopilot" isn't designed to work in urban areas. Anyway, thank you for the update.
