- SketchySeaBeast 7y agoBut also remember this was the time they were selling snake oil to cure any physical malady. It was a time with few rules and fewer consequences.
- afarrell 7y agoAre psychiatrists in the habit of confidently asserting what drugs work to treat people’s problems? As someone who has mental health struggles, I’d love to live in the world where psychopharmacology is that advanced.
- AnimalMuppet 7y agoIt wouldn't be any more advanced. What would be more advanced is psychiatrists' confidence (and mistaken-ness). Better that they know their own ignorance than be confident and mistaken.
