I gave up my car for over a year now (although a job change is msybe putting this in jeopardy). We barely buy any meat, keep it for special occasions mainly. We buy as many local fruits and vegetables as possible. I participate in organized tree plantings and have planted some on my own. I won't have more than two kids (got sterilized), although not just for the environment. ... and it's not nearly enough. I would want to work in something truly helpful for our species rather than making more money for the capitalists but it's tough with a family to support.
