About point number 1, isn't full time a little too much? I mean hey one can learn even if he is not working full time on something. If what you said were the case, nobody would have been able to learn any thing in life as we have a life other than programming too. Not everybody is a fan of dropping out of college to learn Rails.
- spread_thin 16y agoi think you're right in the context of learning for the sake of learning, but to learn in order it enough for it to count as an employable skill... not sure. i'd love if two hours/day for six months would get me up to speed.
