With fresh Ubuntu 18.04, I just installed some packages to be able to run `make` without issues. I did exactly the same as stated in the README t1 IN NS t1ns.mydomain.com. ; note the dot! t1ns IN A 10.15.213.99 I configured these entries from the domain provider directly. Then I use proxychains with a sock tunnel (ssh -D ...) to run whatever I want through the tunnel.
