They're nice, but 25 is too small a sample to be used for a consistent theme. Here are two sets I discovered recently. They are mostly 16x16 and 32x32 in size.

Fugue - 3000 icons, CCA license

Fatcow hosting - 1400 icons, CCA license
- stingraycharles 16y agoIn addition to these two, the popular Silk icons set should not be forgotten: http://www.famfamfam.com/archive/silk-icons-thats-your-lot/ http://www.famfamfam.com/archive/silk-icons-thats-your-lot/ It seems like all these icon sets are somewhat compatible, they have a similar style. I wouldn't be afraid to mix and match icons from these sets together, so that makes a pretty large collection of icons to use.
- Griever 16y agoWow I've been using the famfamfam Silk collection forever now but these are a welcome alternative. Thanks for the link.
- mahipal 16y agoHere's another one of my favorites: http://glyphish.com/ http://glyphish.com/ Glyphish - 200 icons for mobile apps, CCA
- rbritton 16y agoIt's also worth noting here that you can pay $25 to get the set of 200 and another set of 80 in both bitmap and vector formats without the CCA license.
- iconfinder 16y agoYou can find both Fugue and Fatcow icons + many more here: http://www.iconfinder.com/browse/alphabetic http://www.iconfinder.com/browse/alphabetic
