- Rapzid 7y agoIt's interesting how relative it is too. For people who like to be active some of these new rehab programs and findings are essentially "magic pills". "Wait, you mean all I have to do is just 15 minutes of exercises only once every day and my knee/wrist/elbow/shoulder might be 100% in 6 months?! Amazing!"
