Pretty exceptional indeed. Also impressive that he was able to grow from founder-stage tech to that scale, since they're largely different problems. Especially back in 2010. I feel like I'd have a much better shot of being able to figure out that scale these days than a decade ago. (If I spent my free time studying and not watching Age of Empires 2 on Justin.tv/Twitch).
