The use of "MM" is really confusing me. What is 1MM views? I can't help but parse it to a mega mega view, or one tera view, but that seems excessive.

The use of "MM" is really confusing me. What is 1MM views? I can't help but parse it to a mega mega view, or one tera view, but that seems excessive.
- tyingq 7y agoMille is "thousand" in Latin. So MM == one thousand thousand == one million. It's very common in finance and some other specific industries, in this case, advertising. 1 MM is the dominant way to denote "one million impressions".
