Second this, with my DigitalOcean VPS's. DigitalOcean posted an incident report yesterday. They say "global networking issues" were caused by a "major provider", but unfortunately there isn't much more detail than that [1]. That was due to google cloud networking issues.

    No, but their Data Centres may be sharing upstream fibre provider? Google mentioned a Fiber cut upstream.
