All those outages are strange, I wasn't able to access my personal server for few hours today, I was not even capable to ping ip). When I was able to reconnect, everything seem to be ok. Maybe there is some routing/BGP issues/attack (again). Sadly, I didn't try to traceroute the serveur IP.

Second this, with my DigitalOcean VPS's. DigitalOcean posted an incident report yesterday. They say "global networking issues" were caused by a "major provider", but unfortunately there isn't much more detail than that [1].       No, but their Data Centres may be sharing upstream fibre provider? Google mentioned a Fiber cut upstream.
