State granted monopolies aren't capitalism. What the US has is literally the worst of capitalism and socialism mixed together in some sort of corrupt, inept, admin heavy hybrid system. It's like pick a team already, but you can't do both; create healthy markets through regulations, or get rid of the markets, but right now the regulations just create incredibly unhealthy markets.
