- homonculus1 7y agoIt's not unsubstantive. It demonstrates the vacuousness of treating unpleasant feelings the same as actual harm under the law.
- stale2002 7y agoWell, US law is how you know. Harassment is not a new thing. It is covered in multiple different situations. Courts and juries and judges handle this stuff all the time.
