I'm not sure what I'm supposed to get out of this. It sounds like she left, citing their "toxic environment" as a reason for leaving, and is surprised that wasn't well received. Assuming it was a toxic environment, (which would not surprise me, there are plenty of them, especially in startup-land), this seems expected. If they were good at self-reflection they wouldn't be toxic. Am I missing a takeaway here?
