Is this going to make a LOT of people rich on cottage rents? Pull in a trailer, hook it up, make $1000 / mo? I'm guessing the contractors in Portland, Bend, Eugene are getting calls now.
- pcwalton 7y agoThat's not how ADU legislation has worked out here in California. There are significant restrictions on the ADU that prohibit just "pulling in a trailer", and I imagine the Oregon legislation looks similar.
