Ability to change zoom level would be a plus, and then making the size of the whiteboard conform to the size of the window (the whiteboard doesn't fit in a browser window at 1024*768; not essential but annoying).

I was hoping it would fit in 1024x768. How many toolbars does your browser have enabled (in addition to the address+tab bars)?

OS X menu bar, Safari with address+tab & bookmarks bar, OS X dock.
