My mother was amazing in that no matter when I called her on the phone, it was impossible to tell if she was in an important meeting. I'd call her after school and chat for a while, only a to find out a bit later that she was in the middle of closing a huge deal! This made me feel like a million bucks - to know that even though she was very busy, I was still important enough to have her full attention whenever I called her. I always "felt" like I was more important than her work.
