They got syncing nailed down. It's the cloud infrastructure and ability to resolve conflict all while setting up for some new platform they are probably building. I wouldn't be surprised to see some sort of web-based Things when the cloud stuff goes live.
- wfarr 16y agoThey already have conflict resolution implemented for multi-device sync over Wi-Fi. It's not clear to me why they can't re-use the algorithm they've already created for this purpose. The cloud infrastructure I'll grant them, but 2 years is certainly longer than I anticipated waiting as a customer... mostly because of statements made by the company in question.
