You have to be wildly out-of-touch with society to be shocked by the fact that most people see their job as just a thing they have to do to make money.
- notTyler 7y agoI can't speak for everyone but I haven't worked anywhere I thought top level management wasn't making wildly misinformed decisions out of desire to save money or (seemingly) straight-up misunderstanding of their business. A lot harder to be engaged when that's the case.
