An Apple TV is not expensive compared to the cost of a conference room.
- patmcc 7y agoNo, but it is overkill compared to a single hdmi cable.
- _ph_ 7y agoJust that I have never been in a conference room with an Apple TV attached to the projector. They are a pretty expensive addon considering that I rarely see other Macs at the business meetings I attend.
- Wowfunhappy 7y agoYeah. Ports are about compatibility with the outside world. That means having the same connectors that the rest of the world has. I don't get to choose what those connectors are. Apple as a company has some influence on that, but not enough.
- hamandcheese 7y agoI suppose I live in a slightly different world than many - SF startup, everyone has a MacBook, so AppleTV in conference rooms is a no-brainer.
