  They were happy with the unit, just not the review. Support on HN is all Wakemate has going for it at this point, and they didn't think the reviewer would call them out here. After delaying for months, they have shipped a product they know is garbage. They are hoping that connection to YC will be enough for them to peddle enough units to cover their costs before people wake up to the reality that this is the worst product of its kind on the market. HN has put up with their garbage for over a year, and they are testing to see just how gullible this community really is.
