Sound is fantastic and the noise cancellation is genuinely the best I’ve heard. Replacing parts is quite easy and at least in Sydney the people in the Bose outlet are very helpful and friendly. If I was buying again today though I’d quite like something with bluetooth because the wires do get in the way a bit...
