1. svg export would be easier than visio export, but has less market value. So overall I don't know which to do first :). 2. There's just 2 thicknesses supported so far. How much more control do you think you'd need (3 levels?, 4 levels?)? I'm intentionally limiting your options so you don't have to waste time trying to decide what thickness line to choose. We don't have this problem with a real whiteboard :). (Plus it keeps the toolbar simple and uncluttered.)
