Yep, some of these people leaving the company are developers who suffered from burnout crisis inside the 'Big Company'. :p I'm one of these sort of professional developers leaving 'Big Companies' due burnout. I think that 'Big Companies' need to deal with Ethics before trying to deal with Agile/Scrum. xD
