I use lastpass. It's very reliable, I can use Duo 2FA with it, works perfectly on OSX/Windows as well, AND they have an open source [CLI](https://github.com/lastpass/lastpass-cli https://github.com/lastpass/lastpass-cli) for linux that's blazing fast to use. Wasn't super popular here b/c of the parent company, but their security seems to be great and it "just works".
