These are made up numbers, but I use this to explain the scale to people. If it costs $1Bn to reach 80%, it'll take another $100Bn to reach 90%. There isn't enough money to reach 100% for two reasons. 1) You can't get to 100% and 2) It will take so long people lose interest. You can't sustain the hype that long.
