I'm having an iPhone XS, emergency alerts enabled and I did not receive a single message. I'm using KPN as my provider and am on the KPN network. Interestingly all of my coworker and friends did receive a message, but as far as I'm aware they are all on a different network. I do not like that the supposed 'emergency' messages dit not receive my phone at all. Not even delayed.
